Damany Gibbs

Damany Gibbs is Co-Founder and Chief Financial Officer of Nova Pioneer Education Group, a pan-African independent school network established in 2014. A Barbados native, he previously served as a founding team member of Bain & Company's Africa practice where he worked as a Case Team Leader. Prior to Bain, Damany was an analyst at Morgan Stanley across New York, London, and South Africa. He is a Rhodes Scholar who holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, a Master's in Economic & Social History from Oxford University, and a BS in Operations Research and Industrial Engineering from Cornell University.
