Chukwuemeka Ndukwe

Chukwuemeka Ndukwe is an Enterprise Project Manager and technical leader with 8+ years of experience in African tech. He currently serves as Head of Partnerships and Code Governance at BlueSPACE Africa Technologies. He co-founded Cofundie, a real estate crowdfunding platform addressing Africa's 56 million unit housing deficit by democratizing access to institutional-grade property investments. He led Cofundie as CEO from 2019-2022, successfully raising pre-seed funding and launching Ghana's first affordable housing crowdfunding campaign. He holds a B.Eng. in Electronics & Computer Engineering from Federal University of Technology Owerri and a Diploma in Entrepreneurship from MEST Africa. He is currently pursuing an Executive MBA at Quantic School of Business and Technology.
