I have 30 years of international experience in retail, commercial and money market banking as well as short-term insurance. I would describe myself as a highly accomplished and talented Banking Business and Process improvement professional with extensive skills in banking operations, project management, change management, system implementations, consulting, vendor management, business analysis, and operations management. During my career, I have co-ordinated multi-functional and geographically diverse teams. I also have a proven ability to design and implement processes that result in increased profitability, performance, and efficiency. One of my key strengths is the ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical persons. Having dealt with all levels of organisational structures I have built up outstanding leadership, presentation, and communication skills over the years. I have had up to 10 direct reports and 250 indirect reports in some of the structures I have managed.
