Chris Harding

Chris Harding is Co-Founder and CEO of Tractive, where he is developing AI-powered 3D retopology tools in collaboration with leading game studios including Rocksteady, Supercell, and Jagex. Previously, he served as CTO at Disperse, a construction technology startup using AI to generate 3D models of large-scale building sites, where he helped scale the organization to over 200 employees and raise $32 million in venture capital funding. Prior to Disperse, Chris co-founded ConnectMed, a digital therapeutics platform for Africa that was later acquired by Merck. Before his entrepreneurial ventures, he worked as a Forward Deployed Engineer at Palantir Technologies, where he led their anti-human trafficking project. Chris holds a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science from the University of Cambridge.
