Cheikh Tidiane N'Diaye

Senior banking executive with over 35 years of extensive leadership experience across multiple African countries and Europe. Served as Group Deputy Managing Director/CEO at Oragroup (Groupe Orabank) from March 2018 until July 2024, and previously as Managing Director from September 2015 to March 2018. Led Bank of Africa Bénin as Managing Director from 2007 to 2013, where the bank received The Banker magazine's 'Bank of the Year' award for three consecutive years including 2012. Held senior positions at FBNBank DRC SA (Bank Director, 2013-2015), Sterling Bank Plc Nigeria (Executive Director, 2001-2005), and began career at Banque Populaire as Group Internal Auditor (1989-1992). Extensive experience in financial engineering, branch network expansion, product innovation, and digital transformation across West and Central Africa including Senegal, Togo, Benin, Democratic Republic of Congo, Nigeria, Burkina Faso, and Central African Republic. Served on multiple boards of directors within the Orabank and Bank of Africa networks.
