Charles Talbot

Charles Talbot is the Co-founder and Chief Technology Officer of Julaya, an Ivory Coast-based fintech company he launched in September 2017. As a repeat operator with a passion for product-minded companies and tackling societal problems, Talbot leads the technology development of Julaya's digital payment platform, which enables interoperability between mobile money and traditional banking infrastructure for SMEs and large corporations across Francophone Africa. Prior to Julaya, he served as Product Owner at Lemon Way from August 2016 to September 2017, where he worked on launching mobile payment solutions in Mali and Burkina Faso. Based in Paris, France, Talbot has successfully led Julaya through multiple funding rounds totaling over $9 million from investors including Speedinvest, Orange Ventures, and 50 Partners.
