
Caitlin Dolkart is Co-founder and Managing Director of Flare Emergency Response and rescue.co, a tech-enabled emergency response platform serving East Africa. Based in Nairobi, Kenya, she leads business operations and expansion across the region. Prior to founding Flare in 2016, she spent over a decade working on health systems improvement in Africa, including leading the Clinton Health Access Initiative's malaria program across 12 countries as Global Malaria Director. She graduated from Vanderbilt University in 2007 and earned her MBA from MIT Sloan in 2016, where she was a Legatum Fellow. Flare connects patients to ambulances and hospitals using real-time data, managing Kenya's largest ambulance fleet of over 500 vehicles serving tens of thousands of subscribers.
