Bayuo Blaise is a tech and public policy researcher with a background spanning development planning, software development, entrepreneurship, and digital innovations. He has founded global software companies in ecommerce, web3, and other business verticals, including RetailTower (acquired in 2018). Since 2016, his work has focused on innovation, technology, and public policy research in emerging economies for both private and public sectors. He currently serves as Senior Fellow at the African Center for Economic Transformation (ACET), focusing on innovation and digital policy, regional integration, and youth employment. Previously, he was Policy Lead for the Tech for Development Unit at the Tony Blair Institute for Global Change.
