I have more than 23 years of leadership and operational experience of which 13 on C-Level, living and working across Europe, Africa and Asia. Currently, I am trailblazing Pay As You Go Solar in Ethiopia as CEO and Founder of HelloSolar, the first PAYG Solar Home System brand in Ethiopia. We aim to provide access to energy for the rural population and as a consequence connectivity which allows people to get connected to the world. With a fantastic purpose driven team of Ethiopian professionals and organizations like Shell Foundation, USAID and DFID we have so far impacted 30.000 lives by providing access to light for people who could otherwise not afford it and we are set out to impact 600.000 lives within 2 years.
