Badr Ikken is a mechanical engineer specializing in renewable energy and green technologies. He holds an engineering degree from Berlin Institute of Technology in mechanical engineering, industrial production, and solar systems. He worked 8 years at IWF Berlin, progressing from research associate to project manager, then managed industrial projects at Fraunhofer IPK with major companies. As CTO of Lunos-Raumluftsysteme (2008-2010), he developed production lines in Germany and expanded operations in China. He joined MASEN in 2010 as Director of Integrated Development. He co-founded and led IRESEN from 2011, establishing Africa's largest solar research platform, the Green Energy Park, in 2016. Currently, he serves as Executive President of GI3, Managing Partner of GI2, and Chairman of the Morocco-Germany Business Council at CGEM.
