Azaria Beukes is an Organisational Psychologist and founder of Plao Consulting, where she serves as a fractional Chief People Officer. With over a decade of experience in high-growth tech companies, she specializes in building People functions from scratch, managing organizational change, and partnering with founders to design sustainable frameworks. Known for bringing clarity, momentum, and calm to complexity, she creates trusted, high-impact People environments that retain and grow top talent. She holds a Master's degree in Industrial Psychology from the University of Johannesburg and is currently pursuing an Executive MBA at Quantic School of Business and Technology.
