Ayoola Dominic is a pharmacist, a graduate of Obafemi Awolowo University. Also graduate of EDHEC Business School , one the leading business Schools in Europe.( Financial Times Ranked). Ayoola has worked in sales, marketing and general management with top multinationals, some of which include Astrazeneca, Loreal , Robert Walters and Servier. Ayoola in his last role as Director Of Operations – Servier ,initiated and led one of the biggest acquisitions in the Pharma industry in West Africa-SWIPHA. He grew the company in Nigeria from a 2 man team to a 45 man team in 2 years. During this period, the company recorded a growth of over 300%. He introduced a major patient assistance programme in the country signing over 100,000 patients in 2 years. He is very passionate about entrepreneurship and small businesses. Ayoola speaks 3 different languages English, French and Yoruba .
