Ashvin Sologar

Ashvin Sologar is Co-founder, CTO and COO of Kalido, an AI-powered opportunity matching platform. He co-founded Kalido in 2015 with Sanjay Varma and Vikas Sagar, with a mission to democratize opportunity for all. Kalido was awarded Technology Pioneer status by the World Economic Forum in 2020. Prior to Kalido, Ashvin spent nearly 8 years at McKinsey & Company, progressing from Associate to Associate Principal in the Johannesburg office. He has authored thought leadership on change management and organizational transformation. His background includes engineering research at University of Alberta Medical Genetics Clinic and early career experience in software development and engineering.
