Andrew Youn is the Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of One Acre Fund, which he started in 2006 to fight poverty in rural sub-Saharan Africa by providing smallholder farmers with quality products and training. He previously worked as a management consultant at Mercer Management Consulting/Oliver Wyman from 2000-2004. Andrew graduated magna cum laude from Yale University in 2000 and received his MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management in 2006. He is also the co-founder of D-Prize, an organization that funds startups distributing life-enhancing technologies, and Prevail Fund. His work has been recognized with awards including the 2010 Skoll Award for Social Entrepreneurship, 2013 Schwab Foundation Social Entrepreneur Award, and 2023 Hilton Humanitarian Prize.
