Amr Yassine Mouaqit

Amr Yassine Mouaqit is the Co-Founder and CEO of Charikaty.com, a Moroccan legal tech startup that provides fully digital company formation and compliance services. He also serves as Co-President and Founder of the Moroccan Innovation Circle, a non-profit organization promoting innovation and entrepreneurship in Morocco since September 2024. Trained as a lawyer, he completed internships at A&O Shearman in February 2025 and Hajji & Associés from September 2023 to February 2024. He graduated with a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Nottingham in 2023 and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in International Relations and Affairs at King's College London (2024-2026). Based in Morocco, Amr Yassine combines legal expertise with entrepreneurial vision to simplify business creation and drive technological progress.
