Aminata Soumah

Aminata Soumah is an accomplished Human Resources professional with over 15 years of experience in HR management, labor law, and talent acquisition. She currently serves as HRBP / Responsable Ressources Humaines Afrique et Océan Indien at Imperial Tobacco since January 2018, while also holding the position of Director of Human Resources at AZALAÏ HOTELS since June 2014. Prior to these roles, she worked as a Consultante en Ressources Humaines and Headhunter at Fed Africa (2010-2014), and as a Social Law Lawyer at the French Ministry of Economy and Finance (2009-2011). She holds a Master spécialisé in Social Law and Business Ethics from ESSEC Business School and a Master 2 in Social Law and Human Resources Management from CY Cergy Paris Université.
