Ama Larbi-Siaw is the Co-Founder of Aya Data, a Ghanaian artificial intelligence company delivering data labeling, annotation, and end-to-end AI solutions. With a background in operations and outsourcing, she has held leadership roles at Deutsche Bank and eQualityTalent, where she focused on efficiency, talent empowerment, and social impact. At Aya Data, Ama drives strategy and execution across the AI value chain, from data collection to deployment, while championing workforce development in West Africa. Educated at University College London, she combines global experience with a commitment to building inclusive, sustainable technologies that address Africa’s unique challenges.
