Alta Theron

Alta Theron is a seasoned executive with over 30 years of experience in finance, commercial strategy, and business leadership across multiple industries. She currently serves as Regional Director Eastern Africa for K+S Group and Managing Director of Kpluss Fertilizer Kenya Limited. Previously, she was CEO of Grainpulse Limited in Uganda, where she focused on creating sustainable agricultural supply chains and empowering women farmers. Her career includes significant roles at LafargeHolcim as Commercial Director and General Manager, and earlier positions in financial management and auditing. She holds an MBA from Henley Business School and completed the Lafarge Management Development Programme at GIBS Business School.
