Allan Okoth

Allan Okoth is a technology entrepreneur and product leader passionate about building inclusive systems that expand access and agency. He is the Co-Founder and Chief Product Officer at Hurupay, where he drives the development of financial infrastructure enabling businesses to move money and run payroll seamlessly across borders. Previously, he co-founded Civic Voices, a civic engagement platform digitizing public participation in governance. A Computer Science graduate from Karatina University, Allan has also taught blockchain development and founded Beacon Inclusive. His work consistently focuses on solving complex problems with practical, scalable solutions that empower communities and businesses worldwide.
