
Alain Nteff is a Cameroonian social entrepreneur and tech innovator born in 1992 in Bamenda. He co-founded GiftedMom in 2013, a mobile health platform using low-cost technology to improve maternal and infant health in Cameroon and across Africa. In 2019, he expanded the service to create Healthlane, a preventative health system startup that participated in Y Combinator's W20 batch. A computer engineering graduate from École Polytechnique of Yaoundé (2012), Nteff has been recognized globally for his work, winning the 2014 Anzisha Prize ($25,000), the 2015 Queen's Young Leaders Award, and being named to Forbes' 30 Under 30 Africa list (2015). He serves as CEO of Healthlane and has partnered with organizations including WHO, UNICEF, and UNFPA.
