Dr. Agbor Ashu is a Cameroonian medical doctor and award-winning digital health entrepreneur specializing in mobile health solutions for maternal and child healthcare in Africa. He co-founded GiftedMom in 2012, a digital health platform that has reached over 110,000 women in Africa, improving antenatal attendance to 80% and vaccination rates to 90% in partner facilities. In 2020, he co-founded HealthLane, a teleconsultation and appointment booking platform that participated in Y Combinator's W20 batch. Currently serving as Senior Digital Programme Manager at BeaconPasteur, he is also a 2024-2025 Chevening Scholar pursuing an MSc in Health Informatics at University College London. His work has earned him the Oslo Business for Peace Award (2019) and recognition from the World Summit Awards.
