
Dr. Adewale Oparinde is an agricultural and resource economist with over 15 years of experience in agriculture and international development. He holds a PhD in Agricultural and Resource Economics from the University of Cambridge (2011). He is the Founder and CEO of EZ Farming, an agritech platform empowering smallholder farmers through investment and digital solutions. Previously, he spent nearly a decade as a Research Fellow at the International Food Policy Research Institute (IFPRI), specializing in biofortification, consumer acceptance studies, and agricultural value chains. His research spans 10 African countries and has generated over 1,000 citations. Dr. Oparinde has consulted for the World Bank, FAO, IITA, and ILRI, focusing on rural economic development and food security.
