I'm a co-founder at Elves, a chat based concierge service that's taken the world by storm over the last year. Elves is built at the intersection of bots and real people; servicing the global market. I handle the operations and the actual elves; any human aspect of the business. I'm 100% customer centric. Elves is my second startup. The first, founded in my teens with my partner / husband, ended up employing hundreds of people with offices globally. There to I was responsible for the recruitment, management, acceleration, and development of a large crew of dedicated young people eager to be a part of something big.
